Joe Biden's Vaccine Mandates are the most unconstitutional orders ever issued by a President*.
Biden is claiming the authority to force almost every American to inject a pharmaceutical substance into their bodies. So much for the bodily autonomy promised by the 5th Amendment...
In recent days, we have seen some courts step in to halt Biden's different mandates. But these orders have been temporary, meaning the mandates can be restored, and they are not all nationwide injunctions.
We cannot trust the courts to save us. If we want to have any chance of destroying these mandates, we need to do it ourselves!
Here is the good news: Conservatives in Congress are forcing a vote THIS WEEK on a Congressional Review Act resolution that would PERMANENTLY shut down Biden's vaccine mandate!
The Congressional Review Act allows Congress to repeal an executive order or regulation with just a simple majority vote in both the House and the Senate.
The CRA resolution to abolish Biden's vaccine mandate - S.J.Res. 29 - now has 51 Senators signed onto it. This guarantees that a vote will be held.
On the House side, every Republican has signed on and they are pressuring moderate Democrats to sign on as well. Our sources in the House say that if S.J.Res. 29 was put to a vote, it would pass! But Nancy Pelosi is pressuring Democrats hard not to dare vote for it...
This is happening this coming week. Joe Biden's unconstitutional vaccine mandate will finally be put to a vote in both the House and the Senate. Democrats can't stop the vote from happening. Right now, we have the votes, but only just barely...
We can just as easily lose this fight...
Now is the time to double down and make sure all Congressmen and Senators, Republicans and Democrats alike, understand that if they vote to protect Biden's vaccine mandate, they will be dragged out of office!
The vote on this resolution is THIS WEEK. Not only would it permanently end Joe Biden's vaccine mandate, but it would make it illegal for any President ever to try it again!
We have an opportunity to permanently block the Federal government from ever forcing Americans to inject something into their bodies!
But the only way we win is if we keep fighting because make no mistake: the other side is doing everything they can to stop this vote from happening!
