URGENT: Free the J6 Political Prisoners - Congress MUST Stop the DC Gulag
The three-year anniversary of the January 6 Protests has passed, and still, patriots are being subjected to harassment, persecution, and imprisonment. Since these protests, the government, with the help of the FBI and other law enforcement agencies, has stripped away the rights of the J6 protestors. We, the people, have waited three years for justice for these wrongfully prosecuted patriots. It's long overdue. Congress needs to liberate the J6 protestors and protect their rights, putting an end to their political imprisonment!
Since Speaker Johnson's election, he has, as most of our politicians do, made empty promises about giving justice to the J6 patriots. For example, he has not fully delivered on releasing all the footage from the day of January 6th, and instead, we continue to see J6 protestors arrested and charged with what is essentially the crime of simply protesting.
Take Rebecca Lavrenz for example, a 71-year-old great-grandmother, dubbed "Praying Grandma," was convicted by a 12-member jury in Washington, D.C, of entering and remaining in a restricted building, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly conduct in a Capitol building, and parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol. Her actual crime? Praying.
Last year, we found out that jurors in DC were, and probably still are being recycled for the J6 political hostages. We know that over 80% of potential jurors believed that J6 protesters deserved life in prison or the death penalty. We KNOW that the justice system has been rigged against the protestors at J6.
This is political persecution by our own government. The Biden White House is making an example out of the J6 political prisoners, telling we the people that we have no right to redress our grievances, no right to assemble, no right to speak against them.
To accept the persecution of the J6 protestors, who were exercising their right to assemble, is to accept and allow our government to trample on the First Amendment rights of all U.S. citizens. This must end! Liberate the J6 protestors, protect the First Amendment!
Congress must be made aware of the people's will. We have the right to peacefully assemble, to protest our government, and to exercise the rights protected by the Constitution. It is painfully clear that our justice system is corrupt, and injustice will be served to the J6 protestors. Congress should free the J6 protestors, stop the persecution, end the corruption, and cease the stripping of the American people's rights.
