When the FBI announced that it had found what it believed to be new evidence in the Hillary Clinton server investigation, many Democrats cried foul. Even now, Hillary Clinton is blaming FBI Director James Comey for her loss. Apparently she believes that Comey forced her to never step foot in the State of Wisconsin during the campaign. Or maybe that was the Russians' doing...
I digress... Yesterday, we received a public copy of the search warrant that the FBI used to investigate Hillary Clinton and Anthony Weiner's computer.
The FBI presented to the Judge that they believed that Hillary Clinton had put the country in “exceptionally grave danger” and that new evidence suggested that her emails had been hacked. Not only that, but entire paragraphs of the warrant have been marked classified...
Where is Congress on this? Where are Trey Gowdy and Jason Chaffetz??
The mainstream media is running with this trying to say that the FBI was negligent in reopening the Clinton investigation. They are desperate to justify the Clinton campaign’s excuses for losing the election.
But the actual document tells a much different story…
In the FBI’s affidavit, agents concluded that the unauthorized disclosure of the 2,028 "confidential" emails would cause "damage" to national security. They went on to say that the unauthorized disclosure of the 65 "secret" level emails would cause "serious damage" to America’s national security. And lastly, the FBI concluded that the unauthorized disclosure of the 22 "top secret" emails on Hillary Clinton’s server could cause "exceptionally grave damage" to our national security.
What is painfully obvious is this: Many within the FBI were convinced that Hillary Clinton violated the Espionage Act. The rumors of disgruntled FBI agents were true.
Here’s what we also know... There were at least some of Hillary Clinton’s work-related emails on Anthony Weiner’s computer. The FBI has said that they were “near-duplicates” of work-related emails they had already seen.
By near-duplicate, they mean that there were new work-related emails in email chains that the FBI hadn’t previously seen. That is criminal.
Hillary Clinton swore under oath to Congress that she had turned over every work-related email she had sent or received. We have a mountain of evidence that this was a lie, stemming from Clinton’s emails with Sidney Blumenthal that were hacked, the emails that the FBI recovered off of her hard drive, and now the “near duplicate” emails recovered off Anthony Weiner’s hard drive. Not only that, but Wikileaks emails show that Clinton's attorney warned her that saying this would be a lie.
All of this is more than enough for Congress to levy Contempt of Congress charges against Hillary Clinton for lying about “turning everything over.”
But Congress has been completely silent.
It is up to YOU to get loud!
